*we had drinks and ate appetizers the night prior and everything was awesome. Be aware of who is serving you and how attentive they are off the bat. Will not be returning, will spend $200 somewhere that actually wants our business.
Took a while to get a waitress when we sat down, but service was pretty good after that. Didn't get smaller requests like ranch or no pickles on a burger without asking twice. Great view and not terribly expensive. Good atmosphere for an evening meal with the live music on the patio. Good meal.
3. Ordered a vodka lemonade to drink, she brought straight lemonade (charged $5 for drink) then when asked for her to take it back she charged another $5 for the shot.
6. Didn't check to make sure all our orders were correct after other people delivered our food for her.
2. Waitress obviously saw us cleaning her table for her, did not apologize and was not friendly.
If my group of 10 could give this place a negative review, we would.
1. There was an open table on the deck which had not been cleared off or pre-bussed whatsoever. After waiting for 20 minutes with no aknowledgement we cleared it ourselves, took the dirty dishes inside ourselves and asked for a wash cloth to wipe down the table. Finally after another 10 minutes our waitress finally came around.
4. 30 minutes after ordering our food she came back to tell one person they ran out of the item they ordered, food came 45 minutes later (total of 1.5 hours )
Great food, great service and they had a great little band performing when we were there! Made for a perfect date night
Good apps and good food right on the lake at the central emporium. Food took awhile to arrive but drinks were prompt and service was otherwise very good. Kids we welcome to eat there as well, and they have a small arcade also.
5. Very horrible service, let water run out and never refilled. Also let other drinks run out without checking on us.
Should be zero stars! Where do we start, the server first started by spraying me with chemical cleaning spray to clean of the tables and didn't apologize. Then, after waiting a long amount of reasonable time for our food they are missing silverware and dressing for my salad. After the rest of my family are half way done, they bring it out. I look down and see a big black hair in my food. I sent it back, they took forever to bring me a new one. They took a whopping $4 off the bill. We will never come back again for sub par food and service!
